In my early works I spent most of my time working on simple revisions such as grammar, punctuation, and misspelled words. All my paragraphs were individually revised without taking into account the connection between each paragraph and my main topic I had framed my essay on. The paper in the end would usually contain some very sound points that were not elaborated on enough or connecting to the main topic. My papers in the beginning often had very little revision and the final draft was essentially a work in progress rough draft. However as the term went on my work on revision greatly improved. I spent more and more time integrating the knowledge learned from class and peer reviews to get to a higher level final project. My beginning part of the process was going over all individual paragraphs making sure they were comprehensive solid ideas. After this, differently than before I made sure everything connected back to my main topic and if that was not the case change the paragraph or write a completely different paragraph. I took all peer review comments into account and other comments from my previous essays to get the best essay out of my revision process. It is very clear now that the revision process takes time and serious thought to make a sound comprehensive paper.
